Handle pets with care, monitor for signs of stress or health concerns, and always follow proper safety procedures. Greet and delight pet parents and pets, answer phones, schedule grooming appointments as needed, and following up on appointments and lapsed neighbors. Maintain grooming areas to high standards of cleanliness and safety, ensuring an inviting environment for pets and neighbors. Support the sales floor during downtime by assisting with stocking, engaging with neighbors, maintaining planograms, and other store activities.
