As an Executive Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while working alongside a team of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and execute creative menu plans
• Ensure high food quality standards are consistently met
• Manage food cost and inventory to optimize profitability
• Supervise back of house operations to maintain efficiency
• Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to culinary standards

Required Skills:

• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
• Experience in menu planning and development
• Strong understanding of food cost management
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Experience in fine dining and banquet catering

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with fish and seafood preparation
• Knowledge of catering operations
• ServSafe certification
• Experience in food and beverage management
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and dining discounts.
