What We're Looking For MUST LOVE DOGS & CATS – Seriously, this is non-negotiable! A MINIMUM of 1 year Professional ANIMAL handling experience (shelter, vet, or bathing) ⏰ Strong Work Ethic – Be punctual, reliable, and take ownership of your work Independent & Self-Motivated – You'll be working solo in the van, so being proactive is key! Team Player Attitude – While you'll work independently, collaboration with the team is essential for success A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (3+ years) and confidence driving a large van A natural with customer service —pets AND people love you!
